Since you posted in a DL forum I would assume you want to use your DL miles for an OK award, right?

If so, then call Delta Partner Award Desk (option 1 in the "international" menu), or ask any Delta agent to transfer you there.

AFAIK you cannot redeem international and/or partner awards on-line with DL.
