Sorry to post a redundant question. I tried the search option here to find similar threads and got the ole "page could not be found."

I want to redeem my miles for someone else to fly. I've done my own awards on the site a few times, but never bothered to notice that I cannot change the passenger name. Must I order an award certificate for this person to fly under my miles rather than using the award ticket option? Or can I call a CSA and have the award redeemed that way?
