I am aware that others had positive experiences in the past, however it seems to have taken a turn for the worse recently.

I read positive reviews of Caresse from people who stayed there shortly after it opened, but I suspect since management change it's not the same. I am unlikely to pick Caresse over EDITION any time soon - feel free to read my numerous mishaps at Caresse in my review posted in that thread In sharp contrast with EDITION.

By the way, OMAAT also had a strong preference of EDITION over Caresse when staying this year, and Caresse tried to scam him on charges at check-out exactly like they did to me a few weeks earlier. It does not smell good at all.

I was hoping that LM would be a good alternative but the service issues described here seem similar to my experience at Caresse so if I try it I will limit it to a very brief stay just to try.
