Haven't flown CX in recent years but unless they've got a similar 'suite' arrangement, QR's arrangement for a friendly couple with nothing more in mind than holding hands while napping can be pretty awesome.
CX F is a very nice product, but very private. There's no way two (or more) people can interact without one leaving his or her seat. It's quite different from QR's Qsuite, where two to four people can share a very private space where they are open to each other. JL F does have paired seats in the center where a couple can interact during the flight.
