As far as I am aware, BA does not offer a complimentary transfers any more for the Speedlink. Funny enough, I always see a Virgin LHR-LGW bus - maybe Richard will give you a lift

Also, what day of the week is this, traffic can be a tad nasty on the "Surrey Stretch" in the morning. Hopefully, they can get their boarding passes and bags check through.
