He paid up front by venmo, picked it up from my house. A few red flags, and now I'm convinced I got scammed. This just happened. After the transaction he sent me $1000 and asked for me to return it Definitely a scammer.

I went and looked at the policy, and it says that items purchased for resale are not included.

Am I hosed? Or do you think Amex could help me out? I want to file a police report today.
