Anyone else no longer seeing the Upgrade Eligibility popup link even when logged in? Saw it on a search ~10 minutes ago but now it's gone. Tried different computers, different route/dates, logged out and back in, cleared cookies etc.
EDIT: and now it's back again ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
