If you're making a pizza rather than just heating a frozen one, try mixing the hot stuff in with your pizza sauce. I'll sometimes mix sriracha with the sauce and bake the flavor right in.
Harrod's Pizzeria in London (some of the best and most expensive pizza in the world) serves chili oil with their pizza. That was my first experience. Really tasty.
We always go because one of the waiters has become a personal friend over the years and the pizza and tiramisu are delicious. One time a FlyerTalker friend from LA contacted me while we were in London and he asked if we wanted to get together. I mentioned we were meeting friends for lunch at the Pizzeria at Harrod's and he was welcome to join us. When we were finished, he suddenly said, "Did I just have $50 worth of pizza?" I said, "No, don't be silly. You also had a Diet Coke!"
