I first had chili oil on a pizza in Panama. The little wood-fired place I went served the pizza with chili oil on the side. Once I tried it, I had to drizzle it on every piece.

If you're making a pizza rather than just heating a frozen one, try mixing the hot stuff in with your pizza sauce. I'll sometimes mix sriracha with the sauce and bake the flavor right in.
