I called twice and was told the offer was suspended, but when I said the website was live and I had submitted the docs (website confirmed) they told me I should be fine. That was 48hrs ago. Then I submitted an email and got these response, telling me I was NOT Platinum. To have an offer on the website and then to secretly suspend it is just plain wrong. I have bookings for 10 nights starting tomorrow at a Fairfield, Tribute and Westin, but will cancel them if Platinum is not on the table. The Gold I have means little.
