I'm afraid the answer to that is: it depends. Sorry. Actually, in most, but not all, situations you will order what you what rather than being presented with a selection. When I was a child (more years ago than I care to count) it was more common to be presented with a cake stand, but it's been many years since I've seen that, although if it's going to happen, it's more likely to happen in the north. Normally, you'll say what type of sandwiches you want, whether you want a cream tea etc.

Another possibility is the Crowne Plaza although I have no personal experience.
