It appears the program has been relaunched under a different name, so it's certainly possible that it's listed in error (maybe Marriott took a "assumed participating unless you tell us otherwise" approach and with the property closed there was no one around to send the opt out message, or something). Though the fact that Decanter is specifically left off the list of participating venues would seem to suggest there may have been some intention behind this.

And for that matter the low demand that they are likely facing in the near future may have also prompted them to reconsider the traffic-stimulating benefits of this program.
