I know hardly anything about Accor, but I don't quite understand how Accor can be so below IHG if IHG is the only main hotel program in the USA that doesn't give free breakfast to any elite level (and full service, mid-scale with pair restaurant, etc, properties).
Yes, I know, not everyone cares about breakfast, but for those who do, why is Accor even so much worse than IHG?
I believe Accor only give free breakfast to their platinums at Asian properties.
As for the rest of the world, you will need diamond tier to get free breakfast on weekends.
As for ALL, I guess their strong point will be the consistency of point redemption.
You can redeem those points as long as you manage to book a room with them.

For IT and customer service related issues, I believe Accor did have honorable spot of being the worse
