I applied in December 2019 and received CA in 2 days. With limited interview dates and times available, I am now scheduled for late September. Hubby is still waiting for CA. Going on 9 months now and counting. Interviews are really limited too which adds to the issue.

Had my interview 9/30 in Tampa. Agents came out to the seating area and got people next in line for their appointment. I have to say, there looked like about 11 no-shows on his listing report and my appointment was midmorning. The only documents he wanted were my passport and driver's license but he did ask if any demographic changes had occurred since applying last December. That was it. He was not pleasant or unpleasant, he just seemed uninterested. Anyway, it was very anticlimactic. The woman ahead of me came with her husband since her appointment got canceled due to COVID and she was unable to reschedule in Tampa. The agent did take her as well. I asked the agent what the backlog was running since I was going on 10 months since the application. He said some people have been waiting a year! Easy access to the Border Patrol and Customs office via the red Yaeger elevators if using the short term parking garage.
