yeah, everything mentioned or suggested has been attempted to no avail over the past few years i've had this issue. there is no BAEC number in my concur profile, incognito mode is not a factor, sometimes i am booking multiple trips at one time requiring sign in at some point.
it all comes down to the fact that BA.com simply cannot help but recognize a booking as being done by a travel agent despite my actual booking and payment is being done on ba.com and that is really screwy--and these work-arounds shouldn't be necessary!
i havent noticed the travel agent issue before covid because i almost never needed to cancel or change a booking.
