Hi all.

I was surprised to find out that I have 56,000 miles on USAirways. They must have come from lots of shuttle flights I took a few years ago.

I'd like to use 80,000 miles to go to India in November. US told me I can buy up to 25% of the award ticket (ie. 20k). I am flying tomorrow and will get an another 2253 miles. That leaves me either 104 miles short or 1104 miles short, depending on if I check in using the electronic kiosk, (if haven't done that before, and the miles post (they said it might take 6-8 weeks)).

Any creative thoughts?
