I can't disagree with your assessment. The new routes reinforces that AS is focused even moreso on the leisure market and building a stronger presence in CA. It is a route I would fly, but not for skiing. It would be for the beauty, that is "WY."

I have been in very close proximity to skiing all my life but have strapped on a pair of skis exactly once! That was at the Mall of the Emirates in Dubai. The -4°C (24.8°F) was a nice reprieve from the August heat but more T-shirt weather than the layers of clothing required to be worn.
