That’s interesting as I fly it once or twice a week in season and find the PDX nonstops perfectly timed (or at least have been post recession) for us Portlanders, with two flights a day and sometimes three. Usually they are turns so a late AM and late PM coming home. When booked in advance and on sale it’s pretty easy to stay at about $85-130 each way, with the exception of course for your Christmas week and spring break and avoiding Fridays and Sundays. I have several booked this winter for under $100. This season I’ve seen basic economy as low as $69 one way.
