I am not trying to prepay but Delano requires a deposit which equals 2 nights room rate. The resort fees are not charged until the actual stay so this is the only thing that posted to WOH on a past stay. I'm not sure how to get around this so the nights and full $$ post to WOH. In any case, that shouldn't necessarily cause an issue. When I got credit in the past, that was with the standard 1 night deposit that was required at the time.
As a Glob, this is the type of thing that I would get my concierge involved with in order to help get resolved.
Also, my experience with the loyalty number field on the FHR booking is that it's pretty much useless. I don't think I've ever seen it transfer over to any hotel reservation system, and I always seem to have to provide it at check-in.
