I have an upcoming booking at Delano and the room rate has already been charged as a deposit. I called Mlife to try and insert my Mlife and WOH numbers in the booking but she said it's an expedia booking and she cant add loyalty numbers. This can only be done at checkin. Can someone explain how to get WOH night and full points credit on these stays?
No idea about Expedia, but I've done multiple FHR stays at MGM properties and received full WOH points/credit each time.
