I had a schedule change about 48 hours before my flight, my layover changed from 2 hours to 7 hours.
I was OK to stay in Al Mourjan during my layover so did not ask anything.
While passing by the transfer counters before security, I've realized that the hotel desks were closed and only transfer assistance was provided ( 1 desk for Business, 1 desk for status pax, 1 desk for Y )
