Read thru the thread will give you the best idea but generally UA is not proactive for 1MMers -- but there are occansional exceptions. To be honest, (in normal times) 1MMers are not uncommon.
If you mention once onboard, you might get a note back from the captions -- such as the location of your crossing and congrats / thanks from the FA's. Later you will get a email from UA thanking you, and pre-COVID you got a MP card with MMer logo and a plexiglass certificate -- not sure if UA is presently doing that.
