I called last week to ask the same thing as I had a 6 hour layover increased to 15 hours. Maybe 8 hours I can do in the lounge but 15 is too much. They took some time to get back to me said no, only can offer the QR partner rate for the Oryx transit hotel, which was about 5% less than I could find from an OTA. I still might call in again and threaten to cancel, but even if I pay 230 USD for the hotel it is still cheaper than rebooking the trip on another airline, and it is a trip that I need to make.
