How old is your device?
Appears if you are running Andriod 4, your device / phone manufacture is not longer updating / supporting your phone. What model is it?

Understand this is disappointing but it happens. I was disappointed when UA stopped supporting Amazon Fire devices.

Note similiar limitations for IOS devices
Requires iOS 11.0 and watchOS 2.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
