although this doesn't always help -- in two recent instances (a) the person claimed not to have high enough access for GiveX but said if I left the info they'd have (someone) take care of it when they got in -- I was slightly skeptical but a few hours later did get a new email showing my folio had been changed to settle to the GC instead of my CC, and (b) the FDA at checkin seemed uncertain and suggested I ask again at checkout (sigh) ok fine.
You do wonder why they can't make it simpler.. .
Agree with this, I just ask at the front desk who is the best at Mrt IT for gift cards, and then go with the flow when that person works. The gift cards work well, wish i had bought more.
