I’m just off the phone with BA wrt to FTV for my cancelled flights. Hold time was about 30 minutes, so not too bad.
The agent suggested I apply for FTV online, when asked, she was not able to confirm if Lloyds voucher would be preserved with FTV. She then went to check with her manager and reverted that it would not be and only the avios and taxes cash would be held.
