So the Miles&Smiles Lounges and Business Lounges had the same offerings pre-COVID including the alcoholic beverages.
With the elite and premium cabin passenger percentage being low, I don't think that TK needs to re-open the international lounge for a while.

Also, the reason that there are no alcoholic options in the lounge is nothing else than cost-cutting.
