Good question re what do they offer for breakfast. At my last Hampton Inn (about 10 days ago), I don't remember what they offered as I didn't bother with breakfast/grab & go. In the previous Hampton Inn (a 5-night stay truncated to 3 nights), on the first morning, I remember a muffin, bottled water and a 3rd item, but can't remember what it was. I drank the water, and pitched the muffin and the 3rd item (apologies for throwing out food). On the subsequent mornings, I took a pass. I usually find a local Whole Foods or something similar to satisfy my morning nourishment. I can't eat fast-casual/fast food (e.g., McDonald's and the like) - makes me nauseous. And for full disclosure, I usually pass on Hampton Inns liquid eggs and carbohydrate-rich breakfasts. (Unless it's in a remote area of Utah when I go hiking at a national park - then the carbs are useful. :-)
