I’m not mad others benefited from this sale, but from my perspective it is incredibly annoying AS allows tickets to be sold which obviously circumvent the T&C, but then refuses to budge on minor issues (like switching to an earlier flight due to a schedule change).

I feel liken AS agents need the power to apply more discretion. The past several times I’ve called, I’ve gotten someone who was nice, but didn’t really seem to understand the rules, and was even less interested in bending them (even a little, despite the situation clearly calling for it).
