The tickets have been repriced at current fares and reissued. It doesn't mean they've been repriced and reissued in Full Y (or full F, or whatever the case may be) class, unless that is all that remains. The term "full reprice" came from the OP.
Correct, the fare difference that was being displayed is the current price minus what I paid with the BOGO promo. I was confused at first but I think I finally get it. I just would have never imagined that one would be able to make changes to a BOGO ticket.
