Does anybody know why there is no availability for Reef Villas at all for any future date into the future? I have 6 nights booked at King Ocean Villa (same as King Overwater) booked with points for November. When I booked months ago it gave me the choice of King Reef or King Ocean for the same 120K points/night. I wanted to see if both of these room types are still bookable with points but I don't see the Reef Villa in any of the future dates, not even at cash rates. I want to contact the hotel and have them split my stay up in 3 nights Ocean Villa and 3 nights Reef Villa to experience both settings.
You would rather stay 3n in an ocean villa and 3n in a beach villa to enjoy the different settings. The former is totally over water, the beach is totally over land/beach with beach frontage. Whilst the reef villas have an entrance way on land, the pool and deck is overwater so once you get past the main door, it would feel pretty close to an ocean villa.
