I vaguely recall a thread about extra fees for paying for the car shuttle at SFO. Checking Fox, I see a $16 Airport Transport Fee included. I take that to mean its ok for offsite lots to also bill for Airport Transport, even if you just pick up a car there? If I spend the night at a airport hotel and am dropped off at Fox, I guess I still pay for Airport Transport? Seems fishy on someone's part, maybe just the local authorities.
