You have to take the Airtrain to the SFO Rental Car Center. Then follow the signs to shuttle island 2 outside the building and board the Fox shuttle to their location. It's what we call a "double-shuttle".

In short, it's massively less convenient than their current location at the SFO rental center. Best to budget extra time to get to/from the terminals if you'll be renting from them.
