This is correct. You can move between T2 and T1 airside, but currently only as far as the C gates. The new AC is next to B13.

It's also important to note that security checkpoint C is currently closed in T1. If you go airside from T2 to T1, you can exit C and then reclear B, but if you're going back to the C gates in T1 or the D gates in T2, you have to reclear at checkpoint D in T2 for either.
