Sandwich in a paper bag, with a bottle of water and small pot of chocolate mousse. Presentation extremely poor. The sandwich was absolutely fine - soft, tasty bread with decent filling - although squashed, as if the bags had been stored on top of each other. Coffee and tea served in paper cups. I felt that this is what Ryanair must feel like.

The excellent crew were very generous with refills from the bar, constantly topping up drinks, but the repeated close interactions with passengers made it all the more incomprehensible why lunch had to be eaten from a bag.
