From memory, arriving passengers in T4S enter the dedicated arrivals stream, so the transit train back to T4 would be for arriving passengers only.
Now that the thread is resurrected, I read up on this and T4S non-schengen to T4-non Schengen and vice versa is handled by a dedicated shuttle bus.
