I know a lot of people who will currently only stay in an AirBnB or VRBO property rather than a hotel. They just feel more comfortable there.

Personally I have no problem staying in hotels, but if they're going to give me a problem about fulfilling late checkout or any other benefits I'll certainly complain about them and add them to my do not stay/blacklist.
