Don't want to be out-classed by young KARFA but I guess it's from the window mounting. However I'm wondering if the is some internal promotional photography, using a handy spare aircraft not doing much in Heathrow? It's suspiciously clear of inflight impedimentia. In other words it's all too tidy to be a real passenger's food service.
