It does genuinely seem like the few employees there are doing their best to accommodate everyone.

I am sure if the person who's foam pillows they forgot politely asked again, they would have been promptly delivered. If the Aman brought me a yoga mat instead of a yoga pad, I'd probably understand the mixup as well.

If that is enough to ruin your trip , remember that nobody is forcing, or even recommending, anyone to go take luxury vacations right now. Complaining about such things while thousands of others are unemployed and dying every day reeks of privilege.
If you read my previous posts. I didn’t complain to their staff. I merely was just glad they were open given the circumstances.
Someone mentioned that the service was already an issue prior to the pandemic. That’s why I was mentioning the level of service that this place needs to provide. This property has a lot of potential to be successful.
