I passed 3MM on a EWR - SFO flight back in June. I had low expectations given all the cutbacks in service and the general malaise of the staff worrying about their jobs and future, but was pleasantly surprised. I was recognized by the GA, as well as all the staff working the front cabin on boarding. The captain and first officer both stopped by and gave me hand written notes congratulating me on the milestone. Finally the purser, cobbled together a "gift-basket" with various snacks, and lysol wipes as a sign of the times. Net / net, the crew that day was awesome given all that was going on.
