I'll be heading to DC at the end of the month for a conference. I get in on Wednesday and leave on a Sunday and will be staying at the Park Hyatt.

I've been to DC before, but I was in severe tourist mode...monuments dominated the day.

I'm hoping that some of the residents or regulars to the area can give me a dining suggestion or two, as well as cocktail and 'must see' suggestions.

I am not a sea-food fan, and gravitate towards steak. If you have any suggestions, please let 'em rip.
