Empress posted exactly what to get in the "Best Seat" sticky (same as what Afterburner mentions). I bought the Targus kit (has adapters for most aircraft) for about $120CAD from Future Shop half a year ago. Worked perfectly for me on the 330 in J during my YYZ/YVR jaunts. ^
