Yesterday BA sent me an email with a link to a form to convert my vouchers into a single eVoucher i can use on the website. I filled it out this morning and then got my new eVoucher in about 10 minutes. Finally!
Here is what the email said:
Have you got multiple future travel vouchers? You can now combine them into a single eVoucher which you can use on ba.com – the easiest way to explore our routes, find flights and make a booking.
How it works- Reapply using our application form
- Opt-in for a single eVoucher
- Submit your application
- We’ll send you a new single eVoucher by email
