From the east coast so not very familiar with the California wild fire seasons.
We literally just booked a trip to Ventana Big Sur + Yosemite after our planned trip to St John had to be cancelled due to COVID restrictions.
We are supposed to arrive on September 7th. Do the fires usually last weeks? Unpredictable?
