that shouldnt be the case when they arent offering the items that the fee covers, it should something Proactive on the Hotels part and not a We Got You unless you ask. To me its like a restaurant that automatically adds a 20% tip to the bill but now they are only doing Take Away and will remove the 20% only if asked, both I consider to be Greedy ops
JW Marriott Parq Vancouver charged me a 18% "delivery fee" for bringing breakfast to my room. I complained twice and they eventually removed it.
