I would like Marriott to send my lifetime activity history to me [1], but their website only goes back 24 months. Marriott Rewards representatives on the phone say they can only go back 1-2 years and that "data older than 2 years is deleted."

Data storage is stupid cheap. I find it hard to believe Marriott deletes our history after a couple of years. Most likely, the customer service representatives simply cannot access our data older than 2 years, and they think it's "deleted" when it's really just hidden from them.

What magic phrase do I need to say in order for a customer service representative to forward my request to somebody in the IT department to pull my entire history and email it to me? It would take literally two minutes for a database admin to get this information.

[1] I'm mainly interested in my year-end totals from 2003 - 2010. I started tracking my year-end totals in 2011. I never saved the emails or paper copies of my year-end stats.
