Are you allowed (by your employer and by Hilton) to use your airline discount code for personal/leisure travel? Or is it primarily for crew travel associated with duty (might include those that fly to commute for work at a different duty station versus where they live) or when in uniform? In hotels that have a separate check in line for airline crew, I've never noticed any families and rarely see people not in (airline) uniforms.
