Although I'm a 3MM+, multi-year EXP traveller, loyal to AA for 20+ years, I've recently started diversifying my travel partners, primarily due to the continuing cutbacks.

Here's CO's coach drink service earlier this week (both outbound and return) on the IAH-LGA route:

1) full meals (hot chicken teryiaki sandwich, Lay's potato chips, small bag of carrot sticks, small candy bar);
2) two full runs of the drink trolley, with cans provided each time, no begging required;
3) third run-through with trays of water, etc.

Both crews seemed pleasant and worked the entire flight!! Man, makes me really miss the good ol' days at AA!
