The two refunds for our reservation were posted to my credit card this morning. I have not received any notification from SAS yet. For travel in July 2020 purchased in August 2019 with the refund requested in June 2020.
The two tickets were purchased on a Chase Sapphire Reserve card with 3 points for travel purchases, a card that I have since product changed to a Freedom Unlimited card giving you 1.5 points on the dollar, which is what Chase now took away.
