I stayed here back in October- I found that the elevator situation was very inconvenient during check in, and the JW in general does not have enough elevators for how big of a hotel they are. Here's a short video of our room and some photos of the property. I felt like the room is very "chic" but ultimately it's form over function. Still, for my 35,000 point certificate, it's a great use and good location in Miami.
